6. Course Registration and Payment

6.1 Registration

By registering for our courses, you agree to provide accurate personal and payment information. You also agree to abide by the specific terms and policies associated with each course.

6.2 Payment

All fees for courses must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

6.3 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Course cancellations made 30 days or more before the course start date: Full refund minus an administrative fee of $150.
  • Course cancellations made 15-29 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
  • Course cancellations made 0-14 days before the course start date: No refund.

Special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, visa denials) may be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Distribute malware or other harmful computer code.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff.

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RancaOverh, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, conducted in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and RancaOverh concerning the Services.
